CONCORD – “THE FIRST CONCERT EVER”

After independently releasing a successful album “The Time, The Season” in 2003, many have been waiting to see Concord perform his fresh material live on stage. Well, the waiting is over.

Having performed and made significant contributions to the sounds of Johnny Clegg, Gloria Bosman, Theuns Jordaan, Ernie Smith, Arno Carsten, Tamara Dey, Danny K, Roy Ayers, Joyous Celebration and many more, one cannot wait to hear Concord’s own sound and ideas come to life on stage.

Whether it is just Concord with only his bass or with full band, you will be drawn to the sincere and soulful out-pouring of emotion through performance. This is the very spirit that has made him an in-demand musician in South Africa and abroad.

Concord has carefully selected a band of exciting & professional musicians to join him: Xoli Nkosi (Keyboards & Vocals); Rob Watson (Drums); Brendan Ross (Saxophones, Vocals & Keyboards); Cleopas Mazibuko (Piano); Louis Mhlanga as a special guest on Guitar & vocals and Concord Nkabinde himself on Bass guitar & Lead vocals.
