A performance by 5 musicians who have all received the Standard Bank Young Artist Award for Jazz between 2005 & 2010. The Quintet are: Melanie Scholtz Helfjord(Vocal), Mark Fransman Piano/Sax/Vocal), Andile Yenana(Piano), Kesivan Naidoo(Drums), Concord Nkabinde(Bass Guitar/Vocal). The programme will mainly be original compositions of the band. |
